Academy Students
All Academy students will need to create a ChukkerBook account and sign up for class each week. This helps us plan accordingly and ensure your horses are prepared for you.
You can use the ChukkerBook link below to create your account and register for each session.
If you’re unable to attend a class you’ve signed up for, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance to remain eligible for a make-up session.
Make-up classes must be completed at South Bay Polo Club within the same calendar year and do not roll over.

Membership Dues

As we approach opening day, we’re putting the final pieces in place for the season ahead.
If you haven’t already, we ask that all membership dues be paid in full by May 15 to ensure a smooth start to play.

Arena Season Begins at Horse Park May 12
Horse Park Arena chukkers kick off on May 12, with play every Tuesday at 5:30 PM throughout the month of May.
To sign up for chukkers, please use ChukkerBook. If you don't already have an account, you can use the link below to create an account and sign up for chukkers.
We’ll also be offering an Arena Academy each Tuesday at 4:00 PM, designed for newer players looking to learn the game and continue progressing. Sessions are $300 and include a horse.
Whether you’re stepping into the arena for the first time or getting more comfortable in game play, Tuesdays are a great way to build your skills and be part of the early season.

The summer season in Silicon Valley is officially underway. Club chukkers have begun at South Bay Polo Club, and we’re excited to welcome everyone back out to the field.
All-Access and South Bay members can sign up for chukkers through ChukkerBook. New users can easily create an account and begin registering for play.

While you’ll still receive our newsletters directly in your inbox, Field Notes will now serve as the central hub for all club communication — organized, accessible, and always available on our website whenever you need it.
From weekend chukkers and upcoming events to membership updates, Academy announcements, tournament coverage, and behind-the-scenes moments around the club, this is where the season will live online.
We created Field Notes to make it easier for members, players, and supporters to stay connected throughout the year. Emails can get buried, missed, or lost in crowded inboxes, but now, every important update will have a permanent home you can return to at any time.
We encourage everyone to check Field Notes regularly as the season gets underway. It will be the best place to stay informed, plan ahead, and keep up with everything happening both on and off the field.
